Services For Our Tenants:
- PPM will offer safe and clean housing to all tenants who rent from us.
- You will receive fast professional service from our staff.
- Our staff will assist you in your maintenance needs as well as any general questions that you may have about our properties.
- Most applications are processed within 24-48 hours. This way you do not experience a long wait to find out if you are approved for your dream house.
- Our application fees are reasonable.
- At PPM security deposits are equal to the rent rate. They are refundable provided the home is returned in the same condition as it was upon moving in.
- An additional non-refundable deposit will be required for pets.
- If you have bad credit, you still can be approved! Typically we ask for an additional deposit and /or a co-signer.
- PPM has been involved in property management for over 25 years. We have a great selection of properties for you to choose from. We are confident that you will find what you are looking for in our portfolio.
